How To place your order :

1.Please e-mail/SMS Dian , your e-mail , address , contact number , and item code ( eg : DBF091RD ) to diansbutterfly@yahoo.com or sms 017-6995833 .
2. Immediately after recieving e-mail and sms , I will contact you and send you payment details .
3. You are required to make the payment to the account given to your e-mail/phone . Please take note of your bank transaction code and time . You need to send the code and the time back for me to confirm your payment .
4. Item should be sent on the same day if order received before 12 or the next working day if order received after 12 . We will be using Poslaju as our main delivery method . Should there is a need to use others , we reserved the right to change if necessary .

NOTES :

a. Non Refundable policy except for manafacturing/factory default .
b. Payment should be made within 72 hours after we send confirmation e-mail . Orders without payment after that will be cancelled .
c. In the event item is not available , the refund will be given on the next monday of the week .
d. Delivery charges applies :
Each of 2 item or less : RM4 (Semenanjung) RM 7 (Sabah & Sarawak) . Item will be send by POSLAJU .
Outside Malaysia : Will be quoted seperately .
e. We will not bear any responsiblity for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
f. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable
